- Utilizes paramagnetic precharged MagneHis Ni-Particles to isolate polyhistidine-tagged protein directly from crude cell lysate Binds up to 1mg of polyhistidine-tagged protein per 1mL of MagneHis Ni-Particles Compatible with a manual or automated protocol
- Contains all necessary reagents for purification
