Invitrogen™ Human COX14 (aa 1-20) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Protein
Supplier: Invitrogen™ RP107120
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (85%), Rat (85%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-66445 (PA5-66445. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Core component of the MITRAC (mitochondrial translation regulation assembly intermediate of cytochrome c oxidase complex) complex, that regulates cytochrome c oxidase assembly. Requires for coordination of the early steps of cytochrome c oxidase assembly with the synthesis of MT-CO1.Specifications
