Invitrogen™ Human C3orf20 Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Protein
Supplier: Invitrogen™ RP96333
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (58%), Rat (58%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-58846 (PA5-58846. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
The function of C3orf20 has not been widely studied, and is yet to be fully elucidated. Two isoforms were produced by alternative splicing with predicted MW of 88 and 101 kDa according to UniProt.- Environmental benefits include:
- Renewable Energy
