Description
The immunogenic sequence is homologous in human, rat, mouse, hamster and cat. This antibody has also been shown to cross-react with rabbit cFOS. Reconstitute with 50 µL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store aliquots at -20°C for a higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent.
c-FOS is a nuclear phosphoprotein which forms a tight but non-covalently linked complex with the JUN/AP-1 transcription factor. It has a critical function in regulating the development of cells destined to form and maintain the skeleton, and is thought to have an important role in signal transduction, cell proliferation and differentiation.Specifications
