Calibrated using Evans Blue Dye spectrophotometric procedure and gravimetric method
- Free of DNA, RNase, DNase, pyrogens and PCR inhibitors
- Astral loops, needles, and Clone-Piks are packaged static free into individual tubular chambers, which are then hermetically sealed with aluminum film
- A dust cover is heat-shrunk onto the unit before it is irradiation sterilized
- Use on an individual basis, or for quantitative procedures such as sampling, urine counts, or serial dilutions
To use:
- Puncture aluminum film with the handle, pushing down until it attaches to the loop, needle, or Clone-Pik
- Withdraw handle; inoculation device is ready for many applications
