Description

Description

Resolve target proteins using a single column in a high-resolution gradient run with Thermo Scientific™ ProPac™ IMAC-10 LC Columns. These analytical and semi-preparative HPLC columns provides high-purity separations of metal-binding proteins and high loading capacity for protein purification applications. The use of small, nonporous resin particles results in narrow, high-efficiency peaks, with minimal band broadening due to dispersion. Use loading columns to charge the ProPac IMAC-10 LC columns but avoid contact of the metal solution with the system.

Tailored Specificity for IMAC Separation of Proteins
  • Retention control by imidazole concentration or pH gradient
  • Stable between pH 2 to 12, compatible with common protein purification reagents (nonionic detergents, reducing agents)
  • Effective under native or denaturing HPLC conditions
  • Wide range of metal-specific applications, including the separation of His-tagged protein aggregation variants, prion peptide analysis and separation of monoclonal antibodies
  • Shipped free from any metal and ready to be charged with the metal of your choice.
  • Reusable columns with metal tailored specificity
  • Resolve target proteins using a single column in a high resolution gradient run
  • High purity separations of metal-binding proteins
Includes: 10μm, nonporous, polymeric beads coated with a hydrophilic layer, then grafted with poly(IDA) chains.
