Corning™ 3D Clear Starter Kit
Corning™'s 3D Clear Starter Kit combines 30 mL of 3D Clear with the four buffer solutions required to process 3D tissue cultures for immunolabeling. Only immunolabels and nuclear stains need to be added. This kit comes with enough material to process three 96-well plates of 3D cell culture models.
Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Endotoxin-Free Magnesium Chloride (MgCl2) (10 mM)
Pierce Endotoxin-Free MgCl2 buffer is used to prepare samples for any LAL assay. As a diluent, it will eliminate the inhibitory chelation effects of EDTA. Contains <0.005 EU/mL endotoxin.
Corning™ 3D Clear Tissue Clearing Reagent
Corning™'s 3D Clear tissue clearing technique is designed specifically to support imaging for 3D cell culture models and plate-based high-throughput processing. When paired with fluorescent labeling (e.g. fluorescent protein, immunofluorescence, chemical dyes) and high content confocal microscopy, Corning™'s 3D Clear Reagent allows for complete 3D cell culture model characterization and more accurate drug screening.

Corning™ 3D Clear Washing Buffer 10X
Corning™'s 3D Clear Washing Buffer 10X is used for the Corning™ 3D Clear immunolabeling process. This solution is a concentrate and is comprised of: PPBS with 0.2% Tween-20 and 10 μg/mL heparin. This solution should be diluted to 1X concentration with PBS prior to use.
