ELP3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (16H4L3), Invitrogen™
Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen 703222
Description
This antibody is predicted to react with Monkey, Pig,Horse, Bovine. Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning in the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Then, individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production. The advantages of using recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies include: better specificity and sensitivity, lot-to-lot consistency, animal origin-free formulations, and broader immunoreactivity to diverse targets due to larger rabbit immune repertoire.
Elongator complex protein 3 (ELP3) is a catalytic histone acetyltransferase subunit of the RNA polymerase II elongator complex, which is a component of the RNA polymerase II (Pol II) holoenzyme and is involved in transcriptional elongation. Elongator may play a role in chromatin remodeling and is involved in acetylation of histones H3 and probably H4. It may also have a methyltransferase activity.Spécifications
