The specially designed bonded phase displays greater π-π interaction than other phenyl phases and provides enhanced aromatic selectivity and higher hydrophobic retention. These columns are ideally suited for the analysis of aromatic analytes, including glucocorticosteroids, estrogens, fat-soluble vitamins, and phospholipids.
