Supplement S7 is a sterile, concentrated (100X), ionically balanced solution intended for use as one component in a complete culture environment for human epidermal keratinocytes. Supplement S7 is chemically defined and animal origin-free. Each 5 ml bottle of Supplement S7 is the correct amount of supplement for a 500 ml bottle of EpiLife™ basal medium.
