Human Endothelial-SFM

Human Endothelial-SFM is a basal serum-free growth medium developed to support the isolation and expansion of human umbilical venous and arterial endothelial cells (1–4). Medium requires supplementation with bFGF (20 ng/mL), EGF (10 ng/mL), and human plasma fibronectin (10μg/mL). Contains L-glutamine.
