This IPL-41 Insect Medium is modified as follows: With L-glutamine, Sodium bicarbonate. Without Tryptose phosphate broth and Yeastolate.The complete formulation is available. IPL-41 Insect Medium contains unique components required for insect cell culture, including malic acid, fumaric acid, and alpha-ketoglutaric acid. Gibco IPL-41 Insect Medium is commonly supplemented with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) before use.
