EpiGRO™ Prostate Epithelia Complete Media Kit is optimized for the culture of human prostate epithelial cells. It supports the growth of these cells over a period of at least 15 population doublings. This medium does not contain any antimicrobials or phenol red; components that can cause cell stress and “masking effects” that may influence experimental results. It is formulated for use in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO⒉
