Human OPC Expansion Media is a defined, serum-free medium that has been optimized for the culture and expansion of human ES derived oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (Catalog No. SCR600). Cells double every 48 hours when cultured in Human OPC Expansion Complete Media. It is not known whether the media can support the culture of primary oligodendrocyte progenitor cells isolated from brain tissues.
