For example, the Red Laser Upgrade Kit expands the 637-nm excitation capabilities, facilitating the detection of APC, Alexa Fluor 700, APC-tandem dyes, and functional reagents such as CellTrace Far Red dye, LIVE/DEAD Fixable far red or near IR dyes, Vybrant DyeCycle Ruby dye, and far red–exciting fluorescent proteins.
