Streptavidin, R-Phycoerythrin Conjugate (SAPE) - 1 mg/mL
For Enzyme immunoassay and flow cytometry
A bacterially derived biotin-binding protein that reportedly exhibits less nonspecific binding than avidin.
Type de produit | Streptavidin Conjugate (fluorescent) |
---|---|
Conjugué | Unconjugated |
Conditions d’expédition | Wet Ice |
Forme | Lyophilized |
Contenu et stockage | Streptavidin is provided in lyophilized form in 10 mM phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled or deionized water. Store at 4°C. |
Designed for the magnetic separation of cells by positive selection. Desired cells are bound by biotinylated antibody and then streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. When placed in a magnetic field, desired cells are held in place and undesired cells can be separated by decanting.

Type de produit | Streptavidin Conjugate (Fluorescent) |
Ligand | Streptavidin |
Forme | Liquid |
Commonly used in indirect staining protocols to detect biotinylated primary antibodies in flow cytometry. Streptavidin binds to biotin with high affinity.
Designed for the magnetic separation of cells by negative selection. Undesired cells are bound by a cocktail of biotinylated antibodies and then streptavidin coated magnetic beads.
