- Clone and concentration of biotinylated antibody for desired cell labeling, as well as concentration of MagniSort™ Streptavidin Positive Selection Beads must be determined empirically

- The MagniSort™ Streptavidin Positive Selection Beads may also be used to deplete undesired cells using a single antibody
