Description

Enables solvent-resistant writing on frosted glass microscope slides.

  • The ReadyProbes Solvent-Resistant Permanent Marking Pen enables solvent-resistant writing on frosted glass microscope slides.
  • It is resistant to most solvents, including alcohols and xylene.
Note: This marking pen enables solvent-resistant writing on the frosted end of glass microscope slides. Plain glass (unfrosted) or smooth plastic are not considered appropriate surfaces to retain the pen ink as the residue can be easily wiped off of these surfaces. Using the pen on other types of hard surfaces (such as smooth cryo-vial surface or Eppendorf tubes) could produce writing that is not solvent-resistent. When used on frosted glass microscope slides, ReadyProbes Solvent-Resistant Permanent Marking Pen is resistant to most solvents, including alcohols and xylene. Be sure to let the ink dry before exposing to solvent.
