Mach1 T1 Phage-Resistant Chemically Competent E. coli are the fastest growing chemically competent cells currently available. Doubling time is approximately 50 minutes, compared to >74 minutes for other cloning strains. Mach1 colonies enabling you to plate and pick colonies the same day. Perform mini-preps after only four hours of growth from an overnight colony—saving an entire day in your experiments.
