Biotinylate glycoproteins (aldehydes of oxidized sugars) with this mid-length (31.3A), pegylated biotinylation reagent containing a 4-unit PEG spacer for solubility.

Thermo Scientific™ EZ-Link Hydrazide-PEG4-Biotin (also called Biotin-PEG4-Hydrazide) is an aldehyde-reactive biotinylation reagent that contains a 4-unit polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer arm for increased hydrophilicity.

  • Carbohydrate-reactive - efficiently couples to oxidized poly- saccharide groups of glycoproteins at pH 4-6, resulting in stable hydrazone bonds
