Description

The WHEATON™ Bottom-Drive R2P 2.0 Roller Apparatus delivers scalable, precision roller bottle culture with belt-driven brushless DC motor, touch screen control, remote Modbus™ communication, and configurable deck options for production-scale cell culture workflows.

  • R2P™ 2.0 roller apparatus with bottom-mounted control configuration
  • Belt-driven system with brushless DC motor for reliable, consistent bottle rotation
  • Bottle speed: 0.25-8.1 RPM (110 mm bottle); speed accuracy: 0.01 RPM
  • Bottle size compatibility: diameter 108-121 mm; length up to 550 mm
  • Configurable system: multiple deck and bottle position options available
  • Deck spacing options: Production spacing (6in. / 152 mm) or Modular spacing (7.125in. / 181 mm)
  • Robust color touch screen (top or bottom mounted) with icon-driven interface
  • Remote communication: Modbus™ Protocol and WHEATON™ Protocol via Ethernet TCP/IP and RS422/485
  • Rotation direction: clockwise, counter-clockwise, and rocking
  • Belt break alarm included on all R2P™ 2.0 roller apparatus
  • Optional accessories: temperature monitoring/alarms (2 probes) and battery backup
