Description
Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Sulfo-NHS is pure N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide, the essential compound needed to prepare water-soluble, amine-reactive NHS-ester crosslinkers or to enhance conjugation efficiencies when using the carbodiimide EDC.
- Chemical modification reagent for converting carboxyl groups to amine-reactive NHS esters for bioconjugation, crosslinking, labeling and immobilization methods
- Efficiency of EDC-mediated coupling is increased in the presence of Sulfo-NHS
