Standard Hazardous Location (Explosion Proof) Freezers with Natural Refrigerants are engineered for cold-storage use in environments where volatile conditions could potentially exist. All units include a two year parts and labor warranty. They run on natural, hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmental health and economic efficiency. These units meet NFPA and OSHA guidelines Class 1, Division II, Group C & D for storing substances in hazardous locations.*

*Explosion Proof Units are designed for environments where external hazards could exists. For storage of volatile substances in normal laboratory conditions, see ABS's Flammable Storage Units.
