The Applied Biosystems Optical Adhesive Cover GPLE is a pressure sensitive film that reduces well-to-well contamination and prevents sample evaporation when applied to a microplate. It is optically clear for use with real-time PCR applications.

  • Use in combination with the MicroAmp Adhesive Film Applicator to apply pressure and form a tight seal between the microplate and the adhesive film
  • This will reduce the possibility of cross-contamination between sample wells and prevent sample evaporation for consistent real-time PCR data
