The Neon NxT Electroporation System 100-μL Kit with 8-Channel Tubes is designed specifically for use with the Neon NxT Electroporation System (Cat. No. MPK5000) with 8-channel pipette and pipette station (Cat. Nos. NEON18S, NEON18SK, NEON8, NEON8U). Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 μL, containing 5 x 105 to 2 x 106 adherent cells or 1 x 106 to 5 x 106 suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 100-μL Neon NxT tips are then ready to be plated into a multi-well culture dish.
