  • Samples are placed into Lysing Matrix E tube and used with FastPrep™ Instruments from MP Biomedicals to effectively lyse host cells as well as bacteria, fungi, viruses, protists, and other cells present in soil samples within 40 seconds
  • The kit is also compatible with most of the automated nucleic acid extraction instruments on the market or it can be operated manually
