Description

The KIMBLE™ KONTES™ Center Well for Incubation Flask is a disposable polypropylene accessory for the KONTES™ sidearm incubation flask. Length 70 mm, diameter 10 mm. The center well may be cut off when transferred to a liquid scintillation counting vial.

  • Disposable polypropylene center well designed for use with the Kontes™ sidearm incubation flask
  • Inserted through the off-center hole in the rubber top stopper, which provides a double seal
  • Center well may be cut off when transferred to a liquid scintillation counting vial
  • Sidearm flask system enables syringe needle entry without disturbing established incubation conditions
  • Suitable for metabolic studies including measurement of C14O2 yields, in vitro incubations, insulin bio-assays, persulfate oxidations, and distillation of volatile acids or bases
  • Compatible flask manufactured from 33 expansion, low extractable borosilicate glass conforming to USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements
  • Sold separately in case quantities of 144
