Platinum™ Taq DNA Polymerase activates faster and more completely than other hot-start enzymes to deliver more sensitive amplification. Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) prevents carryover contamination in conjunction with dUTP (included) for improved specificity. ROX reference dye is included in the mix for maximum convenience. The ROX reference dye premixed at optimal concentration for ABI instruments.
