Prepared from a specifically constructed plasmid, the ladder consists of an equimolar mixture of five blunt-ended fragments ranging from 100 to 2000bp. This ladder is supplied ready to use in an optimized E-Gel loading buffer. The buffer includes Orange G dye that runs at approximately 25bp. Compatible with E-Gel™, E-Gel™ 48, E-Gel™ 96 gels.
