5mL Depletion MyOne; Streptavidin Dynabeads and 1mL Antibody Mix containing an optimized mixture of biotinylated monoclonal antibodies towards mouse CD2, CD3ε, CD49b, mIgM and Ter-119

The kit depletes T cells, mIgM+ B cells, NK cells, erythrocytes and most granulocytes. Highly enriched mouse DC's are bead and antibody-free, and can be used in any functional assay.

The kit depletes T cells, mIgM+ B cells, NK cells, erythrocytes and most granulocytes. Highly enriched mouse DC's are bead and antibody-free, and can be used in any functional assay. The cells can be further sorted to obtain high purity of specific DC sub-populations. Obtain high recovery (80-100%) of viable Lin-CD11c+ DC's of all sup-populations, including DC's positive for CD4, CD8ε, B220 and CD19.
