Invitrogen™ GPR12 Polyclonal Antibody

Description
Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey (100%) Mouse, Panda, Dog, Pig (94%).
The G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily is comprised of an estimated 600-1,000 members and is the largest known class of molecular targets with proven therapeutic value. GPR12 is an orphan G-protein-coupled receptor which constitutively activates the Gs protein and increases intracellular cAMP. GPR12 can also be activated by sphingosylphosphorylcholine to promote various cellular functions which include proliferation, neurite outgrowth, cell survival and differentiation.
