Description

  • With a primary setup of four reagent vessels, one drying and one rinsing station, the stainer can be easily modified to six reagent vessels
  • Can stain up to 20 slides (optional 30-slide carrier available) in less than six minutes and uses a dip staining method which saves more than 50% of stain consumption over the conventional flood technique
  • The new MIDAS III includes improvements such as an agitation of arm feature to allow for complete stain penetration and complete drying, variable water speed on the rinse station and optional heat control
  • Will accept up to nine programs and 29 steps per program
  • Also includes a memory feature in case of power outages
  • An optional free-standing water bath is available in case unit cannot be located nearby a dedicated deionized water system. (Required for hematology only)
  • Comes complete with slide carrier, vessels, and operator's manual
