Description

Dowex™ 1X8, a strongly basic anion exchange resin, has been used as an absorbent in solid phase extraction.

Dowex™ 1X8 formate form was used to remove neutral monosaccharides and hexosamines from hydrolysates using ion-exchange chromatography. Dowex™ 1X8 formate form was used to purify organic acids from lyophilized fractions.
