Description

Allows you to fill or empty the Corning 5L Erlenmeyer flask in a closed environment. Fluid is moved by positive or negative pressure via a vacuum pump to fill (apply a vacuum) or empty (pressurize) the cell culture vessel.

Aseptic Transfer Caps fit both Polycarbonate (PC) and Polyethylene terephthalate glycol-modified (PETG) Erlenmeyer Flasks. The caps are threaded and made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

The transfer caps have two ports: One port ends in a 0.2 μm filter, and the other port is chemically resistant, heat sealable flexible tubing, ending in either a Male Luer Lock or a Male Polycarbonate quick connect. The dip tube reaches all the way to the bottom of the flask for easy aseptic transfer of your liquid handling processes.
