Description

A cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, and serine proteases as well as aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts. Each vial contains 100mm AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 101500), 80μM Aprotinin (Cat. No. 616371), 5mm Bestatin (Cat. No. 200484), 1.5mm E-64 (Cat. No. 324890), 2mm Leupeptin Hemisulfate (Cat. No. 108975) and 1mm Pepstatin A (Cat. No. 516482). Available as 1mL vial or a set of 5 x 1 ml.
