Invitrogen™ Human BMX, His Tag Recombinant Protein
Description
For maximum recovery please spin prior to use. Unless noted below, aliquots of the 5 μg, 10 μg and 20 μg sizes of kinase are not recommended as materials can be used in original packaging until exhausted. For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots, aliquots below 20 μL are not recommended. Please never store a kinase diluted. If properly stored at -80C, this product is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Protein Form: Full Length, Recombinant, Cytoplasmic
Bone marrow tyrosine kinase (BMX) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that belongs to the SRC-related TEC subfamily of tyrosine kinases. It is an important regulator of various cellular processes including apoptosis, cell survival, cellular differentiation, cell migration, and transformation. One family of nonreceptor TKs includes the genes TEC (MIM 600583), TXK (MIM 600058), ITK (MIM 186973), and BTK (MIM 300300). All of these proteins are homologs of the Drosophila Src28 TK and contain an SH3 and SH2 domain upstream of the TK domain.[supplied by OMIM].
