- Ambion Poly(A)Purist MAG Kit (patent pending) uses magnetic technology for the selection of mRNA that typically requires only a single round of selection yet yields RNA that is more highly enriched and devoid of rRNA than other procedures. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for the isolation of mRNA from up to 8mg of total RNA
