Description

A preferred strong cationic exchange (SCX) resin due to its attractive features such as high capacity, easy availability and ease of operation owing to the lower degree of divinylbenzene cross-linking leading to higher recoveries of aromatic amino acids.

Dowex™ 50WX2 hydrogen form is a heat stable, water stable and low molecular weight cationic substance which is capable of purifying approximately 5000-fold by ion-exchange chromatography. Ion-exchange resins have good role as drug delivery systems.
