TSKgel™ SuperSW mAb columns are designed for the separation and analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAb).

TSKgel™ SuperSW mAb HTP columns provide high throughput analysis of mAb monomer and dimer and is UHPLC compatible. These short, narrow bore (15 cm x 4.6 mm I.D.) silica-based stainless steel columns offer reduced lot-to-lot variation, long column life, reduction of unspecified adsorption, and superior recovery of aggregates. The TSKgel™ SW mAb HTP columns utilize a unique pore-controlled technology, which produces a shallow calibration curve in the molecular weight region of a typical monoclonal antibody.
