Description

TSKgel™ ODS-100Z column's bonded phase is prepared by reacting the silica surface with a difunctional octadecylsilane reagent, followed by repeated endcapping with a monofunctional trimethylsilane reagent.

TSKgel™ ODS-100Z columns contain a high density monomeric C18 bonded phase for maximum retention and selectivity of small molecular weight compounds and minimal secondary interaction with residual silanol groups. TSKgel™ ODS-100Z reversed phase columns are the workhorse for analysis of small molecular weight compounds in life science applications. Lot-to-lot reproducibility stands out.
