For use with Biacore SPR systems. Use when sample contaminants have a high positive charge. Matrix: similar to Sensor Chipcm5 but with a lower degree of carboxymethylation, which can improve sensitivity for certain interactions. Due to the reduced net negative charge, the surface is well suited for use with negatively charged proteins and nucleic acids.
