Description
- Blood DNA Kit is designed to process up to 400μL of whole blood per reagent cartridge
- Each Cell DNA Kit cartridge accommodates either bacterial or mammalian cells in up to 400μL liquid or as a cell pellet
- Tissue DNA Kit is recommended for processing of up to 50mg of tissue per cartridge
- FFPE Tissue LEV (Low-Elution Volume) DNA Kit is designed for purification of DNA from one to ten sections (5μm) of FFPE tissue samples
- Cell LEV DNA Kit is designed for purification of genomic DNA from <10,000 cells
- Mouse Tail DNA Kit is recommended for processing of up to 50mg of tissue per cartridge
- Viral Total Nucleic Acid Kit is used to purify viral total nucleic acid from 100, 200, or 300μL plasma or serum
- LEV Blood DNA Kit is designed to purify genomic DNA from up to 300μL of whole blood samples collected in EDTA, ACD or heparin tubes
