Description
- Reverse transcribes RNA templates from total RNA, poly(A)+ mRNA, or synthetic transcript RNA
- Enables robust, full-length cDNA synthesis for the analysis of rare or long messages (up to 8.9kb)
- Uses volumes of 1–20μL from the initial RT reaction in coupled or uncoupled PCR reactions
- May also be used for the incorporation of regular, Cy™3-modified, Cy5-modified, and amino-allyl-modified nucleotides for microarray applications
