T7 S30 Extract, an optimized S30 Premix Plus provides all other required components, including amino acids, rNTPs, tRNAs, an ATP-regenerating system, IPTG and appropriate salts to express high levels of recombinant proteins. Also includes S30 T7 Control DNA, a control DNA template.

The E. coli S30 T7 High-Yield Protein Expression System is designed to express up to 500ug/ml of protein in 1 hour from plasmid vectors containing a T7 promoter and a ribosome binding site.
