Provide immediate, sequential quantitation of both firefly and sea pansy (Renilla reniformis) luciferases in cell lysates or cell-free translation systems for internal normalization of gene expression measurements. Supplied Passive Lysis Buffer (also available separately) can be used to rapidly prepare cell lysates from cells grown in 96-well plates.

  • Offer a linear range that extends seven logs
  • Sensitive enough to allow study of weak promoters, low-level expression/regulation, and expression in cells that transfect poorly
  • Complete both assays in approximately four seconds when used with reagent autoinjectors

Dual-Luciferase Reporter 1000 Assay System

  • Developed for larger-volume users
  • Configured for use in 96-well luminometry plates
  • Supplies additional volume of both assay reagents to allow for priming of reagent injectors
