Available chemistries include octadecyl silica (C18), strong anion exchange (SAX), strong cation exchange (SCX), mixed-mode cation exchange (MCX), styrene divinylbenzene reversed-phase sulfonate (SDB-RPS), and styrene divinylbenzene crosslinked (SDB-XC), enabling selection based on the sample matrix, contaminant profile, and desired clean-up or fractionation strategy.
