Thermo Scientific™ PI:PS Lipid Kinase Substrate
Specifically optimized for use with the Class III PI3 kinase (PIK3C3 (hVPS34)) and Type III PI4 lipid kinases, this substrate can also be used as a general substrate for the Class I lipid kinases.
Supplier: Thermo Scientific™ PV5122
Description
Specifically optimized for use with the Class III PI3 kinase (PIK3C3 (hVPS34)) and Type III PI4 lipid kinases, this substrate can also be used as a general substrate for the Class I lipid kinases. The lipid vesicles consist of a 1:9 molar ratio of phosphatidylinositol (PI) to phosphoserine (PS).
For use with the Adapta™ Universal Kinase Assay (Cat. No. PV5099).
