Novex™ AP Chemiluminescent Substrate is a non-radioactive ready-to-use solution of CDP-Star for chemiluminescence-based immunodetection of alkaline phosphatase (AP) on western blot or dot blot membranes. This reagent provides detection sensitivities superior to that of precipitating chromogenic substrates.
