EMD Millipore Novagen™ SpinPrep™ PCR Clean-up Kit removes DNA polymerases, dNTPs, salts gt; 99% of primers.

  • Addition of binding buffer adsorps DNA to silica membrane in spin column format
  • DNA is eluted in low-salt buffer
  • Removes DNA polymerases, dNTPs, salts, > 99% of primers so that they do not Interfere with downstream applications such as cloning, sequencing, or labeling.
