Concentrated Wash Solution SEWS-M is used in extraction of DNA to wash away impurities once the DNA is bound to the Binding Matrix.

  • Concentrated SEWS-M is a wash solution included in the FastDNA and all FastDNA Spin Kits and is used to remove impurities once the DNA is bound to the Binding Matrix.
  • Purified DNA is eluted from the Binding Matrix after washing with the SEWS-M solution.
